When Good Agents Go Bad (core) - 9:00am – 12:00pm

You’ve heard about them. Agents who have lost their license; some through dishonest dealings, others because of incompetence and some because of strange circumstances. Arnie’s Real Estate Nightmare (elective) - 12:30pm – 3:30pm

Interactive, Group Activity! Arnie Agent recently finished the licensing course, passed the state examination and today, he completed New Member Orientation at his local real estate board. Now that Arnie knows everything about real estate (ha-ha), he is super excited to be working with his first clients, Mr. and Mrs. King. Fasten your seatbelts Arnie’s world is going to get a little bumpy. Let’s see if we can help Arnie navigate his first transaction. This 3-hour, hands on, Elective class involves scenario-based situations and a lot of problem solving - testing your knowledge of the contract and forms. Course ID 2070018139
